ชอบแล้วแชร์เก็บไว้ ! สูตรทำ “วุ้นผลไม้สด” ทำกินวันหยุด เคี้ยวกรอบ ๆ อร่อยล้ำเกินบรรยาย [Rakthailand]

อาใจสาวๆ ที่ใส่ใจสุขภาพแต่เบื่อกับการทานผักและผลไม้แบบเดิมๆ วันนี้เราขอแนะนำเมนูของว่าง “Fruits Jelly วุ้นผลไม้สด” สูตรเด็ดจาก My Desserts Projects ซึ่งมีขั้นตอนทำแบบง่ายๆ แถมอร่อยสุขภาพดีอีกด้วย จะมีวิธีทำอย่างไรบ้าง ไปดูกันเลยค่ะ

ส่วนผสม :

1.ผงวุ้น 4 ช้อนโตีะ
2.น้ำสะอาด 1 ลิตร
3.น้ำตาล 3/4 ถ้วย (ปรับเพิ่ม-ลด ตามชอบนะคะ)
4.ผลไม้สดตามชอบ (แก้วใช้กีวี สตรอเบอร์รี่ แยมบลูเบอร์รี่ ส้ม ) พยายามใช้ผลไม้หลากหลายสีนะคะ จะได้ดูน่าทานค่ะ
5.กลิ่น สตรอเบอร์รี่ / องุ่น/ ส้ม
6. ผลไม้กระป๋อง (ฟรุตสลัด)
7.พิมพ์วุ้นทรงกลม
8.น้ำเชื่อมหรือน้ำผลไม้แช่เย็น

วิธีทำ :

1.นำน้ำสะอาด 1 ลิตรใส่ในหม้อต้ม (ยังไม่เปิดไฟนะคะ) ตามด้วยผงวุ้น  คนให้ผงวุ้นละลายทั่วแล้วเปิดไฟปานกลางค่ะ คนไปเรื่อยๆ จนผงวุ้นละลาย
2.เติมน้ำตาลลงไป คนจนน้ำตาลละลาย ถ้าต้องการให้วุ้นมีรสเปรี้ยวนิดหน่อยให้เติมน้ำผลไม้ หรือน้ำผลไม้กระป๋องลงไปเล็กน้อยใส่กลิ่นที่ต้องการได้เลยค่ะ แก้วจะทำทีละกลิ่นนะคะ เช่น ถ้ารอบนี้จะใส่ผลไม้เป็นสตรอเบอร์รี่ในพิมพ์ ก็จะใส่กลิ่นสตรอเบอร์รี่ลงในน้ำวุ้นค่ะ  คนจนเข้ากัน
3.ปิดไฟ ตั้งทิ้งไว้ประมาณ 5 นาทีนะคะให้น้ำวุ้นอุ่นๆ แล้วเทใส่พิมพ์ค่ะ
4.ให้เทน้ำวุ้นที่ต้มเสร็จลงในพิมพ์ประมาณ 1 ชช.ก่อนนะคะ รอให้วุ้นเริ่มตึงๆ เล็กน้อย ใส่ผลไม้ลงไป แล้วเทวุ้นที่เหลือให้เต็มพิมพ์ค่ะ
5.ทิ้งไว้จนวุ้นเซทตัว แกะออกจากพิมพ์ได้เลยค่ะ ที่สำคัญเวลาเสิร์ฟให้นำวุ้นไปแช่ให้เย็นก่อนนะคะ ใส่น้ำเชื่อมเล็กน้อย หรือน้ำผลไม้เย็นๆ สดชื่นมากค่ะ
